Product Custom R&D:
The company’s product R&D department has more than 40 members and is exclusively responsible for improving existing products as well as developing new ones. The department has obtained numerous national patents to date. In 2008, the company’s technology center was recognized as a “Yantai Municipal-Level Enterprise Technology Center.”
Our company’s process for developing new products is as follows: First, when a customer provides a sample or drawing, our technical department disassembles the product and creates detailed drawings. Next, the information is passed on to the chemical analysis department, which analyzes the raw material composition of the product. The data is then returned to the technical department, where pricing is determined based on the material composition and molds are designed accordingly. After the customer confirms the price, the technical department assigns a dedicated specialist to each workshop to fabricate the molds and produce samples, which are then submitted to the customer for approval.

Qualifications
The combination wrenches and pull-handle wrenches have obtained GS certification from TÜV Germany. The company first achieved national ISO9000 certification in 2002, followed by ISO14000 environmental management system certification and ISO18000 occupational health and safety system certification in 2008.
