Longkou Newstar Tools Co., Ltd.，was established in 1952 and is located in the High-tech Zone of Longkou City, Shandong Province. It is adjacent to Provincial Highway 264 and the Rongwu Expressway. The city is 200 kilometers south of Qingdao Port and 100 kilometers east of Yantai Airport, enjoying a superior geographical location with convenient land and water transportation.
For over six decades, the company has been dedicated to the design, development, and production of hand tools, consistently remaining at the forefront of the tool industry. Particularly since its restructuring into a joint-stock enterprise in 1994, the company has experienced rapid growth and has swiftly expanded its scale. Today, it has evolved into a group enterprise with a diverse product portfolio that includes hand tools, plastic products, aluminum profile products, and steel ball products for bearings. Its main products encompass Phillips wrenches, L-shaped wrenches, pipe wrenches, combination wrenches, adjustable wrenches, steel balls, aluminum profiles, and plastic products, among others.
The company first obtained the national ISO9000 certification in 2002, followed by ISO14000 environmental management system certification and ISO18000 occupational health and safety management system certification in 2008. In 2005, the company’s cross wrenches and L-shaped wrenches were recognized as among the “Top Ten Well-known Brands” of Chinese wrenches. The company’s registered trademarks, “Xin Sheng” and the “Xin Sheng” brand cross wrenches, were awarded the titles of “Famous Trademark of Shandong Province” and “Well-known Product of Shandong Province,” respectively. Since acquiring independent export rights in 1994, our company has made self-operated exports the cornerstone of its sales strategy. Our products are now exported to over 100 countries and regions worldwide, including Europe and the U.S., Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, enjoying an excellent reputation in the international market. Currently, we supply processed components and parts to many globally renowned automobile manufacturers, including Mercedes-Benz and BMW.

Qualifications
History
In 1952, the company’s predecessor—a collectively-owned workshop primarily engaged in forging—was officially established, with just five employees.
In 1973, the company began manufacturing and processing cross-head wrenches and, guided by this product, gradually opened up international markets, thus embarking on a path of outward-oriented economic development.
In 1984, the company’s hand tool products entered the U.S. market for the first time.
In 1989, the company’s current leadership team officially took office.
In 1994, the company adopted a joint-stock system, marking the beginning of its rapid development.
In 1994, the company obtained the right to engage in self-operated exports. That year, its self-operated export volume reached US$200,000.
In 1998, the company’s sales revenue exceeded 60 million RMB.
In 2000, the company partnered for the first time with a world-class hand tool manufacturer, marking its entry into the high-end professional hand tool manufacturing sector. That same year, its self-operated export volume exceeded 2 million U.S. dollars.
In 2001, the company began collaborating for the first time with major automakers in Europe and the U.S. to provide specialized tooling for automotive applications, thereby entering the OEM auto parts manufacturing sector. That same year, its self-operated export volume exceeded 3.5 million U.S. dollars.
In 2003, as the market for several newly developed company products continued to expand and the automotive industry experienced rapid growth, the company’s sales reached 130 million RMB, with self-operated exports exceeding 6 million USD.
In 2005, the company’s new products—steel balls and aluminum alloy scaffolding—became qualified suppliers to major international professional brands thanks to their stable quality, marking the beginning of a rapid growth trajectory for the company.
In 2008, our automotive component products kept pace with the explosive growth of China’s automotive industry, successfully supplying several major domestic car brands and achieving sales exceeding 10 million RMB.
In 2010, after years of dedicated effort, we successfully entered major supermarket chains in Europe and the U.S. and became a qualified supplier following a series of factory audits and assessments. Our self-operated export volume exceeded 10 million U.S. dollars.
In 2014, the company’s new leadership team officially took office, boldly embracing innovation and proactively forging ahead, striving diligently to elevate Xinda Tools to a new level.
